I fitted this kit to the front fork of a Sinclair C5 recumbent tricycle.
With a 52V battery, bike weight is 35kg and rider weight is 120kg (yes im very large) i still can get flat road speed of 35kmh in cold weather.
Strong inclination over road bridges i get easily 25kmh.
Pulls strongly, makes some noise on full load starting from standstill but otherwise quiet and smooth.
Kit is awesome, plug and play. Just what I needed.
U can use throttle or PAS or both, speed limit, cruise control, reverse ... all u ever want.
Only problem i think is the fixed cable for the display, i had to remove and solder a longer cable for my long tricycle.
And be careful what inner tube u get as u need a angled valve !

Can this kit work on throttle only? (Without pedal sensor? I would like to make my daughters balance bike electric.
