Returing for Repleacemrnt and Refund

We accept returns within 30 days of item delivery. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 30 days to guide you through the refund process. This change of mind return policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Law, including any rights you may have regarding faulty items. For information about our warranty terms, please refer to the warranty Policy or the specific warranty details provided with your product.

Returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If an order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled until it arrives. You will need to return the product at your own cost, including applicable freight charges. A 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of original shipping, will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial postage and handling costs.

Please do not return the product before receiving instructions from our customer service to avoid the risk of the returned item being unidentifiable.

Certain situations may result in no refund or only a partial refund:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 business hours.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank or financial institution; there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@leafbike.com for follow-up.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the items are not suitable or incompatible with your application. The returned products must be in their original, new, and resalable condition and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To request an exchange, email us at sales@leafbike.com or use the contact page on our website.
